How does TubeTrail protect my privacy?
TubeTrail is privacy-focused. We don't track your YouTube viewing history, don't require an account, and only use your location temporarily to show nearby videos. Location data is stored in memory only and discarded when you close the app.
Can I share videos with friends?
Yes! Tap on any video to open the details card, then use the share button to send a link to the video or location to your friends.
I don't see any videos on the map.
Ensure you have granted Location Permissions to TubeTrail. Even without location, try panning the map to a popular city (like Paris or Tokyo) and wait a moment for videos to load.
How do I save a video?
Tap on a video pin to open the details card, then tap the Bookmark icon to save it to your Favorites list.
Why are ads showing?
TubeTrail is free to use. Ads help support development costs (like server hosting and API fees). We strive to keep them non-intrusive.
